The City of Des Moines Passport Acceptance Facility is currently open to the public.
All Passport appointments are scheduled online.
We are currently scheduling appointments 2 weeks out.
In-Person Passport Appointment: If you do not bring the required documentation, we will be unable to process your passport application and you may be asked to reschedule your appointment to a new time. Please review the Passport Application Checklist before your appointment.
Minors: All minor applicants and both parents must be present at the appointment time.
